It is possible that it may be tick or insect bite but the appearance that occurs with tick bites can vary.
In the case of lyme disease sometimes a 'bulls eye' appearance may occur but in many cases there is little or no reaction so that the person is not aware of the bite.
Outside of this bulls eye appearance, there is no typical appearance and there are presently no tests that can be used to identify either the type of tick or if a lesion is in fact a tick bite.
In other cases there may local irritation of the skin where the bite occurred.
There are different types of ticks and the sequelae can vary with each one.
In some cases , there are no consequences or problems that occur.
If symptoms do occur as a result of a tick bite they tend to occur days or weeks after the bite has occurred.
The signs and symptoms may vary with the type of tick but may consist of allergic reaction, fever, confusion, rash , flu symptoms, weakness, muscle aches and pain.

Withdrawal from SSRI ( eg zoloft) can be associated with flu like achy symptoms which can last a few weeks.
In most cases the symptoms do not last up to 6 weeks but the duration does depend on the dose used, the period of time taken.
If your symptoms continue you may want to consider visiting your doctor for a check up to determine if the reduction in zoloft is the cause or if there are any other factors.
