Brief Answer:
About post delivery weight gain :

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking!
I have gone carefully through your concern.
The thyroid hormones have been well controlled during the last months with 100 mcg levothyroxine, so i do not see any reason why to lower the dose. The last TSH level is within the normal levels with 100 mcg, so this is the right dose for you.
A well treated hypothyroidism or under active thyroid, can not be the cause of the weight gain, so you shouldn't ''blame'' thyroid as the cause of your difficulty in loosing weight.
Most of women need up to 1 year to get to the previous weight, so this is a normal outcome of post delivery period.
Try to do some physical activity and have a healthy diet , especially if your still lactating and keep monitoring TSH every 4-6 weeks after a dose change.

Hope the information will help.

Kind regards,
Dr.Mirjeta
