Question: Hi,
I am having electric sensations or tingling sensations all over my body while standing or sitting in any position for very even very short time(like 2 min).As these symptoms started a long back and due to the lack of diagnosis it became worse now and my sleep is also getting affected.The medications i took (Maxgabalin and Naprosyn) didnt helped.As my MRI,NCS tests were normal ,Please suggest how i should approach now.After showing to various neurologists they suggested it is Anxiety annd depression related and more of a psychological problem.But I am not convinced as my symptoms are increasing with time no matter whatever medicine i take.Please help me in this regard and tell me what are the tests i should take to get all the details.I am attaching a detailed blood report here.It shows a high RBC count but when asked to doctor they told its not something to worry about.

I have severe fatigue all time and have the panic feelings now(as the time is passing by and i am not able to find a reason for my unknown disease).Life is certainly becoming a pain day by day.

It will be helpful if you can just guide me what all things I need to check or test before ruling out any physical ailment presence and safely say it is a mental problem.(like I feel any blood related diseses or some autoimmune disease which may be causing all these )

I have started taking medication for anxiety and depression since last two years and ever since my symptoms is increasing only rather showing any improvement.

Symptoms in details:

1.frequent urination
2.weakness in legs if I stand for five minutes also.
3.Severe burning in legs which is almost all day.
4.While sleeping many times i get up with a fear of getting paralyzed
5.Electric sensation in body all the time.

I have taken vitamin D test and that is in acceptable range.Do you still recommend me to go for a Thyroid Function test.Also Can you please suggest any other test that I may look to rule out any physical problems in body.(based on above symptoms).

If these symptoms are physiological then I am worried how they will come down.Because I have taken all sort of medicines and they all making the problem even worse.

Also I am located in XXXXXXX ,It will be helpful if you can refer me some doctor of repute who has good expertise in both neurological and psychological issues.

Medicine that I have tried are
Gabapentin,Eliwel,Fluvoxetine,Milnace,Bupron,Restyl but currently I stopped taking all medicines and last medicine I was tried was fluvoxine three months back.

I will consult Nimhans as suggested.If you can suggest any other medication for now that will be great.
