Brief Answer:
Vitamin supplements

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for you query.

Craving for mud is a typical symptom seen in anemia. You may have to take iron supplements inorder to treat the same.

Also, the skin changes can be attributed to the deficiency of vitamins including B12. When there is proven Vit b12 deficiency then for sure you are deficient for all water soluble vitamins. Taking supplements of Vitamins will surely help. But you may have to take injections to over come VitB12 deficiency.

Very important one is Vit D deficiency. Its too low and can lead to serious complications. You must take vit D3 supplements for a minimum of a year.

Please consult your treating doctor to get yourself placed on the supplements with doses suiting you.

Along with all above eating healthy is very important.

Regards,

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for writing back.

Myalgia, pale skin, pains, lassitude, fatigue raised ESR etc are all symptoms of anemia. Taking iron supplements will help.

You are poorly nourished. You must step up in your diet and consume good amounts of nutritious food.

You are deficient to all vitamins, you must take Vit B12 injections along with multivitamins. Also , have to take Vit D3 supplements.

I assure you, treatment with above for three months would surely make you healthy and get rid of all the problems you mentioned above.

Low liver enzyme and low HDL cholesterol is also due to poor nutrition.

regards,
