Brief Answer:
Symptoms not related to HIV...

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for writing in.

I have gone through your query in detail and have noted all the points that you have mentioned. Firstly, in my opinion, the symptoms that you are experiencing such as belching, passing gas, cold, etc. are definitely NOT related to HIV. So, you needn't worry about this issue.

Secondly, such symptoms like belching, passing gas, loosr motion, etc. are not serious symptoms. Most likely, they are indicative of an acidity and stomach ulcers. In fact, such gastric symptoms are very often caused due to stress and anxiety.

In my opinion, I think you are extremely worried and stressed out about the fear of having contracted HIV or some other serious disease. This stress causes hyperacidity, inadvertent swallowing of air and gastric ulcers and this is likely to be the cause of your problems. The on and off cold symptoms are also very common during weather changes and is not indicative of any serious problem.

If you want to be 100 % sure, then you can have a HIV PCR test and a VDRL test (for STD). HIV PCR is one of the most reliable tests for HIV and can be done even without a waiting period or window period. You can get these tests done in any reputed lab like Lister Metropolis.

You can take Tab. Omeprazole 20mg twice a day before food for your gastric problems. Avoid spicy and oily food and eat more of fruits and vegetables. Reduce your stress and anxiety by practicing yoga, breathing exercises or meditation. If you do this regularly, your problems will resolve very soon.
