Question: Well I need another opinion and as well a honest and blunt one . Here is the issue unsolved ....I had a UTI left untreated but had azo and cranberry and water ...it left and then I realm thought i had a kidney infection gone chronic . Went to ER had blood in urine and the CT scan said I have now a 4.1 cm ovary cyst. Problems of hematuria came and as of now just brown blood and no blood . Urine is perfect ,no infections of any kind , organs are fine . I still have sensitive back and pelvis and abdominal pains . Had nervepain in my ankle and knee, theighs , upper arm shoulder ....

Brief Answer:
blood in urine isn't normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hello xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and welcome to HCM.

As an Urologist, I fully share your concern.

You must understand that, only a full course of antibiotic can cure UTI. Anyway, your CT scan is normal, except for ovarian cyst. Both kidneys are normal. Hope you had a contrast CT(CECT).

But blood in urine isn't normal. So, I suggest that you get the following tests done:
1. urine routine and culture.
2. blood routine, creatinine, sugar, and platelets.
Kindly upload your reports so that I am better able to help. As for back pain, your doctor will give an opinion regarding cause, after a physical examination.

Hope it helps. Let me know if I can assist you further. You may also close your question and rate it to your satisfaction.

I've had all that done ....i just haven't had my rectal or bladder scoped yet....all other organs like liver are fine ...my body temp is usually at 96 degrees. I have zero infection ... I think my bowels slowed down and bleeding gone down to a tiny bit.

Brief Answer:
Reports may be attached for opinion.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again, Welcome back.

Evaluation and advice on treatment of blood in urine, would need the reports to be seen, for an expert opinion.

As you've already undergone these tests, just attach them for me to go through it.

As mentioned earlier, in the absence of any positive finding in the CT scan, you may need to have a Cystoscopy test, for further evaluation, as bleeding is persisting.

For bowels slowing down, you may try a laxative tablet or syrup after a check up by your local physician.

Wishing you a speedy recovery.
