What Is The Cause Of Pain Near Kidney Area And Sweating?
about two weeks ago i started waking up in the middle of the night soaked in sweat..then about ten days ago i started having intense joint pain throughout my body,,hands, feet..elbow and ankle..two days ago started having a dull, but slightly burning pain in right kidney region.. have had no fever and there is no pain when I urinate... could this be a kidney infection?

In my opinion, you should go for KFT. As joint pain can be a symptom of chronic kidney disease. In stage 3 kidney disease, the kidney functions are decreased to a moderate level.
It is very common for the calcium to be deposited in the surrounding soft joint tissues in CKD. Also, decreased clearance of uric acid from the body due to impaired kidney function may give rise to increased uric acid level and increased uric acid level has been associated very frequently with joint pain.
Therefore, a comprehensive approach with proper evaluation for kidney functions as well as any rheumatological or auto-immune etiology for joint pain and also for kidney pain is advised and treatment done accordingly under guidance of your doctor.
