Brief Answer:
Looks like bacterial infection, start with oral and topical antibiotics

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I have reviewed the attached photograph and it is looking like bacterial infection.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to start with oral as well as topical antibiotics.
You can take tablet containing amoxicillin clavulanic acid combination 625 mg twice daily for 5 days and apply mupirocin cream on the affected area twice daily.
For redness and swelling I would recommend you to take tablet containing diclofenac-serratiopeptidase combination twice daily for 3 days.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
Besides this keep your foot elevated.
You can stop applying lobate GM cream.
Allegra can be taken if the rash is itchy.
I hope to have answered your query and would be happy to clarify any further doubts.

Dr Asmeet

Brief Answer:
Yes you can apply the cream with the medicines prescribed

Detailed Answer:
Yes you can apply the cream with the medicines you are already taking.
The medicines given to you are for fungal infection but looking at your foot now it seems to be bacterial infection.
I would recommend you to again consult the doctor and get it reexamined.
I am in Mohali. You need to come to Mohali.
