Brief Answer:
Ask your family members to apply permethrin lotion, apply luliconazole

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at HealthcareMagic
I have gone through your complaints.
For scabies your family members also need antiscabies treatment.
I would recommend them to apply permethrin 5 percent lotion on the entire body neck downwards at night, keep it overnight and take bath in the morning.
This has to be repeated after 1 week.
For fungal infection apply luliconazole cream on the affected area once daily for 3-4 weeks.
There are many causes of hair fall and treatment depends on the cause.
I would recommend you to get your haemoglobin, thyroid function tests and serum ferritin levels to rule out anemia and thyroid disorder as they are very common causes of hair fall.
Meanwhile apply antihair fall serum like anaboom antihair fall serum on the affected areas of the scalp twice daily for 6-8 weeks.
