Is Pregnancy Possible With Progestorone 43nmol/L?

Question: I have had a day 21 progestorone test done. Do these tests mean I ovulate:

Serum FSH level 3.3 (low)
LH level 3.9
Serum Progesterone Day 21 of 27 day cycle 43 nmol/L

With the above results can I conceive naturally. I worried about FSH being low. How can I boost my FSH and what would cause it to be low? Will it have an effect on my fertility to conceive naturally?

With this range of serum Progesterone 43nmol/L we are very satisfied because you ovulate and you can try to conceive naturally.

Low FSH without any range of estrogen reported doesn't have any value if the cycle is regular and you ovulate.

Take folic acid 400 micro gr per day and be calm to achieve a health pregnancy.

Many thanks for your help. You don't see I have polycystic ovaries or anything. I do have regular cycles every 26-28 days

Thank you so so much I am old though at 39, sorry I have left it so late.

Next thing that worries me is my husband drinks within alcohol guidelines and smokes but has cut down a lot from 30 a day to 10 a day, I know thats not good but at least he is trying

Do you have any spermiogram to report me please?
If he had cut down from 30 to 10 is a good thing because smoking give more sperm damages than alcohol.

Try to give him foods rich in Zinc and vitamin E or he can try with Profertil 2*1 per day ,because it can help with sperm count .
