No it isn't possible

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear and thanks for your query.

Once the body's estrogen - producing organs (ovaries) are gone, endometriosis growth shrink.
This is because ovarian estrogen feeds endometriosis.
Hence you have no chances for endometriosis while you have had total hysterectomy.
Only taking estrogen therapy can make return of endometriosis.
