Brief Answer:
Myomectomy

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and I understand your concerns regarding heavy bleeding.

Following is my reply:

1. There is fibroid in uterus as we discussed previously.

2. This fibroid needs to be removed by a procedure called myomectomy which can be done by laparoscopic procedure.

3. You dont have to consider hysterectomy or balloon therapy.

4. Your hormones are fine and not to worry.

5. Myomectomy should help you.

I hope your doubt is clarified. Let me know if you wish any other information.

Regards,
Dr. Soumya

madam, thanks for your reply. I consulted specialists after ur reply, they dont think its fibroids which is creating this probs, and suggesting balloon therapy which i dnt want to consider at all.
I clearly stated Novex ds is causing this cycles uncontrolled bleeding. If you can plse suggest how to revert this situation by medication rather than surgical procedure it would be helpful. or plse transfer my question to a different doctor plse. No offence intended. thanks

Hello Dr XXXXXXX

Your answers were of great help to me. in fact my gynaecologist suggested the same as your above reply. I was given a shot of Depo provera injection followed by tab Meprate 10mg to be taken for 21 days, which I have already started. my bleeding has been reduced. But I do not know for how long I have to go through this nightmarish periods.
Yes the doc also suggested Mirena intrauterine device once I get my next periods. I shall follow it with her. Meanwhile May I ask you whether this heavy bleeding this time around for me, is caused by Novex tabs. Kindly answer, because i never experienced this kind of heavy non-stop flow before. Your answer will definitely put behind my fears of next periods.
thanks

Hi

Novex tablets have not caused this. I still maintain fibroids have caused this.

You can take depot injections till mirena is introduced.
