Does Lortab Cause Muscle Tightness, Neck And Back Pain?

Question: i need to know the bodies responce to low doses of LorTabs pain killer......160 mg per day. could it cause severe muscle tightning, trembling , neck pain, lower back pain. this occurs every 2-3 weeks in the evening without warning. my internest knows about this. his suggestion is the next episode i should run to the ER to diagnose while having the 1 hour length attack.

I am Dr Saad Sultan and will be answering your query. I have read and understood your health concerns..
Lortab contains hydrocodone and acetaminophen.
Side effects in therapeutic dose are lethargy fatigue ,hallucination ,biliary spasm, depression and anemia.
As far as maximum limit is concerned , hydrocodone should not be exceeded more than 60 mg per 24 hours . And acetaminophen up to 4 g you can use.
If your dose exceeds 60 mg for hydrocodone and 4g for acetaminophen then you should immediately go to ER and meet the doctor.
