Hi,

Welcome to HCM.
I have gone through your query. Based on the description given you have hypomenorrhoea( scanty menstrual flow).

There are many conditions which cause scanty menstrual flow. Few important among them are Hypothyroidism ( decreased thyroid hormone level), low estrogen( Estrogen is essential for promoting the thickening of endometrium. The less the estrogen the thinner the endometrium and lesser the bleding), Polycystic ovarian disease , Asherman syndrome( Adhesions inside uterine cavity due to previous deliveries and stress( one of the most common causes) and general weakness.

So, get your thyroid, estrogen, progesterone,LH, Androgen and prolactin levels checked . Meanwhile get an Ultrasound done to rule out PCOD and to know endometrial thickness. Try to avoid stress.

Getting treated for the condition will improve chances of getting pregnant.

Hope you conceive soon.
Take care
