Hello

Abdominal pain radiating to back may be due to chronic pancreatitis in your case.
You need clinical correlation and investigations like routine hemogram, random blood sugar and ultrasound of abdomen.
However,Contrast CT scan is best to detect pancreatic abnormality.
You may also need blood tests serum amylase and lipase(specific for pancreatic pathology).
Proper treatment depend upon findings.

Get well soon.
Take Care
