Hi anitha!
Welcome to healthcaremagic.com.If you have not taken a scan of the pelvis so far please do it to rule out PCOS,the commonest cause of irregular periods,or any ovarian cyst etc..The tablet you are given is a low dose of progesterone pill which if stopped for a single day can cause bleeding.ET is endometrial thickness which is normal.

Hi Anitha, Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.
You seem to be having PCOS where multiple cysts form in the ovaries which causes Hormonal Imbalance and irregular Periods. Don't worry as it is a Treatable condition. Take Modus as directed by your Doctor and go for regular follow up. If you have put on weight recently exercise regularly and avoid high calorie foods. This will make your Periods Regular. ET refers to Endometrial Thickness which is normal in your case.
Until you take Modus you wont get Periods, you can continue taking until the Function is over. Once you stop, periods will come back.

Wish you Good Health.
