What Is The Reason For Having Pain During Bowel Movement And Feeling Of Exhaustion?

Hi the past few days when I need to poo it is extremely painful, when in strain I get a sharp stabbing pain in my left side just above my groin. I am having regular bowel movements it's just the pain in my tummy making it difficult . I am also feeling exhausted and nauseous , if anyone can offer my advice that would be great thanks

Greetings of the day
Vigorous straining for passing stool in spite of having normal bowel movements may cause pain in abdomen as described by you.
It's likely to be due to loaded colon and constipation.
I would advise you following
1. Plenty of oral fluids
2.high fiber diet
3. Retention Enema.
If the symptom persists consult your Physician
