What is the best method of contraception for me as I'm a nursing mother ?

i am 22 years old Nursing mother would like to take contraceptive for spacing . My daughter is 4 months old now and started weaning. which contraceptive method will be most effective for me?? I am healthy and have no medical history of any illness ..

They are usually suggested for a person who delivered and who needs spacing for the next child.

You can decide with your doctor as to for how much period you want the contraception.

You can also get them removed any time if you plan to conceive.
