What Does Triglyceride Level-159 And LDL Cholesterol-112 Suggest?

My question is my doctor ordered blood work and for my triglycerides my level was 159 my LDL cholesterol was 112 my ALT (SGPT ) was 33 and my TSH was 4.590. My doctor will not return my call about what medications I need to be on if any and it really concerns me. Any advise. I do no hypothyroidism runs in my family.

Right now with these readings you dont need to start any medicines you can control well with diet.
Consume low carbohydrate , low fat fibre rich diet.
Avoid sources of saturated fat and trans fats like cream , ghee, butter, redmeats, egg yolks, full fat dairy product, processed foods.
Do some regular exercise as helps in maintaining healthy cholesterol levels.
