The chest X ray is showing possible aortic knuckle changes due to advancing age, the marked bronchovascular markings may be due to mild inflammation of the lungs. The severe headache can be due to viral flu if it is on sudden onset. If the headache progressively increases then you should consult a medicine specialist.
