What Does The Ultrasound Report Suggest?
my lmp was 11 nov 2013.we had an ultrasound done on 10 jan 2014.report says-there is present a g.sac in uterus cavity.there is also a featal polepresent in it with no cardiac activity.g.sac=17 mm,crl=7mm,6 w 4 d,impression says?missed abortion.......................................sir... what are the chances????????????its urgent

You need follow up scan after 2 weeks.
Fetal heart beat should had been noticed by this gestational age.However there may be technical limitation due to many factors like excess maternal fat etc.
It is good that fetal pole is seen,present condition only need follow up scan.
Further management depend upon follow up scan reports.
