Pathologist and Microbiologist, Dr. Jyothi B L's Response
Hi, From the reports, it indicates that your are suffering from diabetes mellitus and you have been put on treatment with vitamins and anti-hypoglycemic drug like metformin. Your hematological study is within normal limits. Lipid levels indicate a raised triglycerides, otherwise all other values are normal. Cholesterol level seems to be wrongly written. Urine examination reveal some amount of microalbuminuria and is normal in diabetes mellitus.. Control of blood sugar level is important and you can follow up regularly with fasting blood sugar or twice/thrice in a year with HbA1C. As you still have time, try to make life style changes, including a active lifestyle with low carbohydrates and weight control. Hope this helps. Any further query, happy to help again. Dr. Jyothi BL
