You did not post complete results. granulocytes are neutrophils,basophils,eosinophils and mast cells. contain up to 60-70% of the total white cell.

Agranulocytosis is 20-40%of white cells. lymphocytes and monocytes. So the count may vary from person to person and also depends upon the condition.

Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you or post a full report.
