Hi,

I think that there can be a infection in your Montgomery glands as it's both painful and secreting white discharge. A course of antibiotics like amoxycillin and clauvulunate is required for 5 days along with analgesics like paracetamol. Also, get a blood prolactin test done as high prolactin can lead to these symptoms.
