What Causes Pus Discharge From Nipple In A Male?

Hi I am 26 and male, been noticing that my right nipple is overly sensitive when brushed, today I squeezed it and puss came out a little at a time, it isn't directly on my nipple just slightly shifted, is this a form of Montgomery tubercles and is there a remedy? Thanks

According to history you have mentioned that you are having pus discharge from nipple and so it can be acute infectious condition or abscess. Your breast palpation examination should be done first and then if needed ultra sonography done to check any infection or abscess if present. According to examination and report I can guide you for that and you can be prescribed antibiotics if only infection is present.
