Hello and welcome to HCM,
The report that you have posted is that of Pap smear although you have not mentioned that.
The Pap smear is done to detect presence of malignancy or pre-neoplastic lesion.
The smear shows presence of squamous epithelial cells and parabasal cells.
The squamous cells and intermediate cells are the normal cells of the cervix.
Besides squamous cells there is presence of acute inflammatory cells i.e. neutrophils which is suggestive of infection.
A course of antibiotics needs to be taken for the infection.
The squamous and endocervical cells show metaplastic change.
Metaplastic cells represents the transitional cell zone of the cervix. This is also a normal finding.

Thanks and take care
