What Treatment Should I Take For Undescended Testicals ?
Dear sir i am 31 years old i have both undescended testicals and my semen report is nil sperms count and hormones report is not good what i do suggest me ant treatment if possible?

Both the undescended testicles have most likely atrophied. Bilateral orchiectomy will have to be performed, to protect you against possible cancerous change of the undescended testes. Hormone replacement therapy would also have to be given.
