Hello,
I have gone through your question and all the reports meticulously. I want to tell you that you are having normal fasting blood glucose, total protein, albumin, bilirubin (including total, direct and indirect), Uric acid, AST, ALT and ALP. So you are not diabetic and even your liver function tests are also normal, so no need to worry much about it.
Coming to your lipid reports, desirable level of Total cholesterol should be less than 5.18mmol/L and your result is 5.88, so its borderline. If its level goes beyond 6.20, then its categorized in high risk group.
Normal level of triglycerides should be less than 1.70 mmol/L and you are having 7.47, which is very high. I guess that your blood sample was fasting, because random sample can lead to this kind of elevation of TG levels. So I would recommend that if your sample was not fasting, then you should repeat the test after at least 12 hours fasting, which will give accurate results.
Desirable levels of HDLC should be more than 1.04 mmol/L and you are having 0.75, which is well below. You have not mentioned about your LDL Cholesterol reports, so please add that also, if you have tested or otherwise test it again.
You should not worry much, but at the same time you need to take few precautions. I have seen many patients with similar reports and they got their values towards normal by simple modification of life style without taking any medicines.
If I were your treating physician, i would advise you few things for at least 3 months and then check your lipid profile again with fasting sample. Follow the following advises....
1. High fibre diet, green leafy vegetables, fruit.
2. Cut down the processed food. White bread, doughnuts, white sugar, pizza should be completely avoided.
3. A 30 minute physical activity every day like morning walk, evening walk or a visit to the gym or swimming pool or any kind of outdoor sport activity.

Start on these lifestyle changes and get back to me in 3 to 4 months. If still your lipid profile will remain high, then i would prescribe you a statin group of drug. But this drug is prescription drug, so you will have to consult your local physician.
Wish you good health.
