Hello

Coarse echotexture of liver generally suggests liver parenchymal disease.
It may be due to hepatitis, cirrhosis etc.

You may need proper clinical examination and investigations like routine hemogram, random blood sugar, liver function test, renal function test, lipid profile, viral markers.Further investigations can be done if needed.
Proper treatment depend upon findings.

Other findings are normal.Gall bladder, common bile duct, pancreas, spleen, kidneys, major blood vessels are normal.

Get well soon.
Take Care
