What Does My Below Ultrasound Report Suggest?
I received my diagnosis from my liver ultrasound says clinical data - elevated LFT s findings CBD is normal at 4mm Liver is diffusely echogenic, consistent with fatty infiltration, no focal mass. Impression Diffuse fatty infiltration of the liver suggesting nonspecific liver disease. So is this a Fatty Liver or do I have liver disease like Sorosis of the liver or something.

I really appreciate your concern, reports are not being given in detail like how much the liver enzyme being elevated, it may not be liver pathology but could be some dyspepsia or may be hyperacidity initially it can be managed with "Tab Omeprazole with Domperidone 30 mg" once in day, and this is nothing to worry hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
