OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

Polycystic ovary is due to hormonal imbalances. If your periods are regular no need to worry about it much. But if you are having some problem during cycles then it has to be treated. If you are obese then advice for weight reduction also.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Archana Rajesh Babu, OB & GYN Specialist
