What Does Absence Of Growth In The Yolk Sac Mean ?

Hai Doctor, i am josephena female 30 from india. I confirmed my pregnancy on 03/11/ 12 by hcg kit. it is confirmed. my lmp was on feb 14 2012. I went to the doctor and had a scan on 03/27/12. Report: single intrautrine gestation sac measuring 7 x 3 x 6 mm, fetal pole not seen, and yolk sac seen. when i went for scan on 04/11/12, they said yolk sac is not growing and it is as it is as on 03/27/12. I am worrying about this. please tell me some suggestions and what is going to be happen.

Welcome to HCM.
You are carrying near about 8 wks pregnancy as your LMP was 14th Feb.
Your last scan reveals yolk sac is not growing and same as before.
It may be due to late fertilization of ovum as you confirmed pregnancy on 3/11/12.
You have to wait more time and do tests like serum hCG and progesterone level.
Also do a fresh USG next wk. If progesterone level is below normal,then need to take external supplements for progressing of pregnancy.
All thing do with consult of your gynecologist.
Take healthy diet with protein rich stuff, take complete rest.
