What Diet Needs To Be Followed For Reducing The Weight?

hi, I am 30yrs old and having a weight of 82kg. I got checked from doctor about my blood and I seem to have a problem of cholesterol. LDL = 148mg/dl, HDL = 68mg/dl, and Triglycerides = 68mg/dl which total of 214mg/dl of cholesterol. sometimes I am having a chest pain and nowadays I am having shortness of breath. in addition, i do smoke about 10 sticks a day, which is i am planning to decrease gradually and stop it as soon as i can. can you please advise the food, vitamins, etc i have to take. i cant go to gym as i am having shortness of breath. if possible i can send the hospital's/doctor's complete report of my tests. hoping to hear from you at the earliest.

Hello,

I had gone through the case and found that you need to do the yoga and meditation for quiting the smoking and also helpful for loosing weight.

In diet avoid all kind of bakery food items, sugar, rice , refined flour items from meal.

Take Night soaked 12 almonds with milk in breakfast.

Take cereals once a day.

Take vegetable and salads whenever feel hunger.

Avoid citrus fruits.Take apple, papaya or guava .

Avoid nonveg except fish once a week.

Also go for thyroid profile test.

Shortness of breath is due to weight. So do not worry, do the yoga and meditation.
