What Could Cause Recurring Rash On Back Of Neck And Upper Back Around Periods After Changing Birth Control?

I get a recurring rash on the back of my neck and upper back every month around my menstrual cycle. It started in March when I changed my birth control. I have since switched birth control and the rash isn't as bad when it comes back, yet it continues to come back. I'm not sure what it is...

It could be an allergic eruption.

As a first line management you can take antihistamines like cetirizine for symptomatic relief.

If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
