Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
You are using hydrocodone, frequently for back pain. It should not be a whole treatment . It can cause drowsyness and sleepy urge. It is also a habit forming drug.
I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
You may need to have an M.R.I. and other tests for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms neurotropic injections for 10 consecutive days, and then periodically, diclofenac, paracetamol, calcium, and multivitamin supplements.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods till you get relief.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
