What Could Be The Reason For Nausea, Hot And Fuzzy Head?

Hey I feel slightly nauseous, hot and my head feels a bit fuzzy, I just bleached my hair but I don't recall inhaling or ingesting any of it. Also I'm gluten intolerant and I just accidentally ate some non gluten free bread. Firstly what can I do about my nausea and fuzziness? Secondly which thing would have caused this?

the bleach used on scalp can be absorbed into blood or the gluten diet could have caused inflamation of stomach causing aciity which is reason of nausea and fuziness in your case
use anti allergics antacids plenty of fluids and non oily greesy and spicy food
