Brief Answer:
Probiotics.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for posting the query.

The flatulence and the diarrhea could be due to loss of gut bacteria.
Did you take any course of antibiotic in recent?
Many a times this symptom is seen in gluten and lactose intolerance.

I suggest you to take any probiotic drink or a powder mixed with a glass of water. 3 times a day for 3 to 4 days. This will help in replenishing the gut bacteria.

Avoid dairy products and wheat products for a week or so.
Have lot of fluids.
By all these measures you'll feel better with in 3 to 4 days of time.

Any issues do follow up.

Take care.
