Dear Lady,

Thanks for reposing faith in us. I fully understand your concern for the problems.

From the description of symptoms, it is likely that you are suffering from Gastro-Esophageal-Reflux-Disease, most likely secondary to H.pylori infection.

I therefore recommend that you take at least a 14-days' course of anti-H.pylori course. In India, it is available in a kit form, under the brand names of HP kit, LTC Kit, Pylokit. You may consult your family physician who will guide you accordingly. Besides, deworming course along with H.pylori kit would be a good proposition.

Further, persistent nausea with acidity can also be due to Iron tablets, which-I presume- you must be taking. In that case, please ensure that you take iron pills immediately after a meal. Hope you are taking extra supplements of Vit B12 (1500mcg) and 5mg Folic acid daily along with iron supplements.

Do not hesitate in reverting back to me personally for further clarifications, if any. I am always there to guide and take care of you.

Have a nice day
