Hi,

I can understand your concern for the bumps on left side of neck, boils on face and pus formation in armpit.

You have not mentioned in your query since how long the symptoms are persisting. If the symptoms are present within 72 hours then it may be Herpes zoster.

If these are present for more than 7 days then it can be due to simple boils also. I advise you to not pinch or pop the area otherwise these areas are very prone for getting secondary infection.

For time being period you can apply antibiotic cream such as fucidin or mupirocin and take pain killer tablets such diclofenac or paracetamol. Do not try to even touch or pinch the area as can cause more aggravation of the problem and spread of the infection.

Take care.
