What Could Be The Large Mass On The Left Side Of My Neck?

I have a large mass on my left side of mt neck thats very annoying. I had an ultrasound yesterday and am waiting for the dr to call me today. Its causes me to get dizzy, feel like I have a "lump" in my throat. Ultrasound tech said it's large. What could this be?

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it appears to be the lipoma, or a lymph gland, which is causing the pressure symptoms on the cranial nerves and the nerves from the cervical spine.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. If there are neurological deficit it should be excised by a neurologist.
After removal, it is to be examined by biopsy, for actual diagnosis and complete treatment.
