Hi, Thanks for asking. Based on your clinical history and query, my opinion is as follows: 1. You have microcytic hypochromic anemia 2. Presence of high T3 with Anti TPO antibodies suggest a possiblity of hashimotos thyroiditis 3. Liver function is normal with good lipid profile. 4. Vit B12 is normal
