What Causes Red Dots All Over My Breasts?

Okay, so this is really weird and awkward.. My breasts have red dots all over them. It felt as if something really small had pinched it and then it started to itch so I looked and noticed that there was a bright red spot on it and another one that was duller beside it. There is also a few other dots on my other breast and some under and around them as well.. Should I be concerned or is this just some sort of common rash?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think this is related to an allergic reaction. It is topical dermatitis. It may be caused by any cosmetical products you were using or any new underwear.

You should stop using these products or stop wearing this underwear. Wash with warm water. Take antihistamines such Benadryl or Cetirizine for itching and rush.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
