What Causes Fever Even After Taking Nurofen?
Hi,
My 4 years son is suffering viral fever for last 6-7 days..now we are staying in germany and we went to doctor here and doctor only gave Nurofen for reducing fever and cough syrup..but after taking for last 3 days still the fever is coming with 103 degree F.. please suggest!!

Hi,
As fever and cough is since a week, it is possible that there might be having bacterial lower respiratory tract infection.
Go for,
X-ray chest, PA view.
Complete blood checking.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
A course of antibiotic may require to cure infection.
Ok and take care.
