What Causes Elevated SGOT And SGPT?

Dear dr i am 21 years old male .... As medical check up i do complete blood picture , sgot and sgpt level . All was normal but sgot is slightly elevated 51 ul/l while sgpt normal it is 33 ul/l .. note that i played body building for 3 year and i don't take any food supplement or proteins .. please helpe me and tell me about any possible cause for that :)

These are a few of the liver enzymes
Any insult can raise the values – there are several of them - the most common ones are alcohol / virus (hepatitis) / drugs (including Paracetamol) etc. etc. …
Values 3 or more times the upper limit need urgent evaluation / otherwise, just follow up
If in doubt, see a Hepatologist (Gastroenterologist)
