What Causes Difficulty In Masturbating Post Surgery For Enlarged Prostate?

I had laser surgery on my enlarged prostate 3 1/2 months ago. for the first 2 months I would see brown pieces of tissue expelled when I urinated. I assume that was the burnt prostate tissue. Now I'm seeing white/grey lumps of something coming out. I had a cat scan of my bladder and prostate because I'm still getting infections. It said I had an engorged seminal vesuale. Is it possible what I'm seeing is old semen that was stuck in this vesuale coming out? I haven't been able to ejaculate since December.

Urologist 's  Response
Hi and welcome to HCM. As an Urologist, i can understand your anxiety.
After a prostate surgery, the brownish pieces seen is prostate gland tissue.
Some of the whitish lumps may be due to the retained semen from the seminal gland also, which may be infected.
Engorged seminal vesicles also point to retained semen.
Lack of ejaculation is due to retrogade ejaculation, which's due to removal of the prostate gland after surgery. There's no abnormality in that.
