sir I am 21 years old I will get prone to cold easily, but recently I got cold and at the same time there is some type of bulging appeared on the base of my penis where public hair grows, exactly at right side and that looks like a bulging in a blood vessel and every day when I woke up early in the morning a lot of flum gets out from my nose and mouth through sneezes and cough. When I sneeze and cough the bulge will get bigger and exited and when the sneezes are completed it gets relaxed. I even feel no pain while doing so and i can feel some sensation and some thing is going wrong. I cannot expose this matter to others so please help me..
