i am a 41 year old female with a cholesterol of 5.45 and ldl of 4.11, was told to use aztor 20 along with omega 3 capsule. I will like to know what else beside exercise and diet i should be doing. I tried diets but it seems to keep going up. Your feedback will be greatly appreciated.

hello,I have gone through your question. Thanks for using HCM.Beside diet and exercise only option left out is medicines. You are rightly given atorvastatin,to guide you further i need to know your report of entire lipid profile.i presume that omega 3 is given to you for high triglycerides.i would be glad to guide you further having obtained full information from you. you must take life long medication to protect against heart attack and stroke.
My best wishes
