ENT Specialist 's  Response
hello and welcome to health care magic,

Some amount of pain and irritation along with loss of appetite is expected after tonsillitis and all you can do is continue the treatment and finish the course of medication.
In any case she should take bed rest and also avoid any strain and take only warm water and food
If her symptoms do not improve then you must consult an ENT as soon as possible and if her episodes are recurrent you can consider tonsillectomy which is a simple and safe surgery which will improve her infection resistance. You can get back to me on this
