What Are The Side Effects Of Hashimoto S Thyroiditis?

I have hashimoto s thyroiditis and am on 175mcg. The past few weeks i have become extremely emotional, over heating, i get winded walking thru the house, i have been having hallucinations, losing weight without change in diet or exercise, i am weak to the point where its hard to squat and stand up, i am easliy irritated, i get an excess of sleep and i am still exhausted, my eyelashes are thining as well as my eyebrows. sounds like im overmedicated, huh, but when i stopped taking it and went to the doctor for a thyroid test, my thyroid was 4 times over the normal limit and they put me right back on the same dosage. any ideas?

Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hello,
Thank you for asking!
To judge correctly about the levothyroxine dose you should attach the results of the tests.
If you stopped the treatment for more than 3 days, the TSH level raises and the dose can not be judged if is the right one.
It is very important to take the treatment regularly.
It will be a pleasure to help you further after the hormonal results.
Best wishes,
Dr.Mirjeta
