What Are The Chances Of Conceiving In Females With Endometiosis?

Hi
I am 27 year old female..married for 3 years now.Recently i have been diagnosed with some cysts (endometriosis) as i was observing delay in periods month by month.
I have been recommended Ovacare forte and Krimson 35 by my Doctor.I have taken Krimson 35 for 3 months and now have stopped it.
I am trying to concieve from this month onwards and have calculated my ovulation dates and planning intercourse on those days.
Please advice me what things are to be considered to improve the probability of conceiving and what are the chances. Also if i need to continue Ovacare forte or shall i stop taking it.

welcome to hcm

you need to remove your endometriosis before starting infertility treatment if it is big.

after surgery you can have ovulation induction with follicular monitoring for 4 months.

if the endometriosis is very sevear you can select invitro fertilisation as an option to conceive soon.

endometriosis which reduce the ovarian reserve will prevent eggs to come out after sometime .

consult your infertility specialist soon.
